Meet Caitlin

Caitlin works therapeutically with adolescents (aged 12 years and older) and adults. She  has a special interest in the treatment of recurrent anxiety issues and trauma, however, is experienced and well versed in the treatment of a range of presentations including (but not limited to) mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), emotional regulation difficulties, family separation and divorce, low self- esteem, interpersonal difficulties, work related stress and parenting strategies.

Caitlin is well known to be warm, empathetic and non- judgmental in her approach. She believes in working collaboratively with you, at a pace set by you, as well as drawing upon your individual strengths to determine treatment goals, using only the best evidence- informed interventions.

Caitlin wants each client to be reassured that it is normal to feel uncertain about starting therapy (or starting over, with a new Psychologist). Many people wonder if they will establish a strong connection or achieve their goals. If you are feeling uncertain, Caitlin offers a free 15 minute consult to discuss your needs and to determine if she can assist you.
