Meet Caitlin

Caitlin works therapeutically with adolescents (aged 12 years and older) and adults. She enjoys helping individuals develop insight into their current difficulties (e.g. anxiety issues, depression, trauma) and to achieve their goals. Caitlin believes in working collaboratively with you, at a pace set by you, as well as drawing upon your individual strengths to determine treatment goals, using only the best evidence- informed practice including CBT, ACT and SFBT, alongside other interventions.

You are welcome to see Caitlin in her rooms at Kotara, where you will be welcomed by her receptionist Meaghan. Otherwise, she is also available to work with you via Telehealth (video or phone sessions).

It is normal to feel uncertain about starting therapy (or starting over, with a new Psychologist). Many people wonder if they will establish a strong connection or achieve their desired outcomes. If you are feeling uncertain, please contact Caitlin for a free 15 minute consult to discuss your needs and to determine if she can assist you.
